If there has ever been a person to deserve a tribute by his closest friends it is Al.

The Al Jarreau tribute will really by a massive and befitting hit all over the world. Certainly looking forward to it. My wife and I were on the Dave Koz Venice and beyond cruise, 2018 and were so looking forward to Al’s performance. Unfortunately there was a higher calling for him. The Al tribute you led on the cruise is still vividly in my memory my brother. Can’t wait for this tribute release.

When you came with Al Jarreau was at the front seat and I remember you agreeing just to meet me at the Hotel Lobby in Sandton and was just happy that I greeted and met you personally.HAving enjoyed your music at varsity before Eddie Zondi made it popular,I know for a fact that most of my varsity mates from University of the Witwatersrand will be in attendance at the Big Top Arena to watch our favourite left-handed guitarist and vocaliat.We look forward to seeing you there. Currently If only for One Night is the one playing in my house.South Africa will show you that you also need 2 nights in Johannesburg and 1 night only in Cape Town.
